- Driving license ( an international driving license is not required)

      - pick up/drop off services

How do I pick up a car?

The vehicles can be picked up at our office in Skopje, at the Skopje Airport or it can be delivered at any destination of your preference.

Can we drive the vehicle abroad?

Accepted Answer

Yes our vehicles can be driven outside of North Macedonia however an additional charge will apply for a green card depending on the location.

Can the car be dropped off outside of Skopje-North Macedonia

Yes, our cars can be picked up and dropped off outside of our country for an additional pick up/collection fee. We will also need to be informed beforehand on the situation.

Are your vehicles insured?

All our vehicles are insured with our basic package up to 500 Euro Excess.

Our rental company also offers these additional insurance packages:
      - Half Insurance Package with 250 Euro excess for 7.5 euro per day
      - Full Insurance Package with 0 Euro Excess for 15 euro per day

What does 500 Euro Excess mean?

With all of our vehicles comes a Basic Insurance Package up to 500 Euro Excess, which means that if an accident occurs then you are only responsible for up to 500 euro of the damage. Anything above that is covered by our company.

Our rental company also offers these additional insurance packages:
- Half Insurance Package with 250 Euro excess for 7.5 euro per day
- Full Insurance Package with 0 Euro Excess for 15 euro per day

What if I get a penalty?

If you are caught by the police for breaking the traffic rules then the fine needs to be settled with your own resources.

How to proceed in an accident?

In the case of an accident it is necessary to firstly call the police for a report to be made and secondly contact our company so that we can resolve it effectively.
